- Primarily focused on Micro Enterprise Development (MED), but also includes empowering communities through community development, training, farmer business activities and advocacy.

- To be one of the best Micro Enterprise Development organization in Indonesia with international standards.
- To reach clients in the three of five Indonesia's major islands of Java, Sumatera and Kalimantan.
Aims and Objectives
- Assist people to establish and strengthen productive businesses.
- Implement Revolving Loan Funds through partnership relationships with the target group.
- Empower community through instructional activities, training, seminars and other activities that help themselves to strengthen people.
- Facilitate Community Development through community self help groups.
- Empower community through providing services in coordination with government and other service organizations which are mutually supportive.
- Develop a professional and self-sustaining organization with an outreach through the target areas in Indonesia.
- To be one the leader of Indonesian MED organization in Transparency, Accountability, Sustainability and Integrity while sharing the skills and services to other Indonesian Foundations.
